Very helpful diet product. Can be used for a long time without any problems. Helped me to loose 15 pounds (7 kilograms) and to keep up with this weight. There are many other diet products which promise fast weight loss without changes in eating habits, which I tried this year, but this is the only one that really helped to make some progress in weight loss for me. You can get even better results while using some sports (cricket, socker, jogging,...) But actually this product helps to loose weight even without using exhausting diet and any affitional activities. Different flavors help to keep using these teas for a long time.

This tea is strong so use one bag at a time. I gave it to a friend and he used three bags(theory of bigger and better I guess) Anyways, I'll let your imagination run free. The tea works, now you just have to change your eating and drink more water habits! Oh, Some flavors seem stronger than others. As the lemon isn't that strong where as the cinnamon is very strong.

This product is GREAT for those who are suffering from chronic constipation. It is mild and not habit forming. It does contain Senna so if you take too many tea bags, it can give you cramps, so I recommend to start with one and build up until it works for you. I highly recommend this product.

for the first 3-4 days you will experience strong bowl movment withing 6 hours of drinking this stuff. it feels like you REALLY have to use the toilet. but after the 3-4day bowl movement your body adjusts and your fine. it does help suppress your appetite but losing weihgt just by talking the tea is not true. work your [...] off to lose weight, this drink helps with hunger pains (it says to drink 1 cup twice a day for weight lose. soo if your going to use this product, stay close the bathroom
