Use this tea as directed and you will receive results within 4 to 16 hours. I suffer from PMDD and around this time of the month I gain between 10 to 15 lbs as I suffer from severe water retention and constipation. Laxatives and fiber tablets do not work for me. I now use diuretics and one or two cups of this tea to feel relief. The nurse in my doctors office was shocked when I lost 12 pounds in the span of a week. CAUTION: This tea should not be taken lightly as SEVERE cramping can occur with misuse.

This tea make you fill very relaxed. Its soothes and comfort. I lost 24 pounds in 2 weeks drinking one cup of tea after every meal. I suffer of PMDD and the tea make the symthoms more manageble. The only problem was the flavor, but if you drink it with orange juice its taste great..

This is a great tea for relieved constipation, specially those associated with PMDD. If your weight is associated with constipation, it is a great tea
However, even it is a natual herbal tea, it is still a medicine, and should be used with CAUTION! Since Senna IS a natural laxative, so the tea should be prepared by steeping the tea bag briefly. Also, it should not be drank multiple time a day. Once the sympton is relieved, it should stop using.

I have been drinking this tea for 3 weeks and I can already say that it has helped me with my weight. I have already lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I drink this tea twice a day. Beginners, be careful as this tea will make your stomach hurt in the beginning. Also, becareful of it's strength! Don't let the tea bag sit to long.

I was recommended 3 ballarina tea from a friend who has been in playboy and maxium and has a beautiful body. She told me she swears by the tea and uses it as a diet aid in conjunction with her diet and exercise plan. I ordered the extra strength and started with one cup my first day, with one tea bag. It actually did not make me go to the bathroom at all. Id say it took a couple of days before the tea started to work. by the 3rd day I was drinking one bag in the morning and one in the night before bed. I usually wake up anywhere between 5 and 6am with very bad cramps and I sit on the toliet for 10 minutes or so. Once you finish going the cramps go away and you feel relieved and cleansed, like you got a lot out of you. I take my first cup of tea in the morning around 830-9am at work and it usually kicks in after lunch about 2pm or so. My first week on the tea with diet and exercise I lost 11 pounds. The tea helps with constipation and getting rid of excess water weight, which a lot of overweight people have. My 2nd week on the tea i uped the dose and I boil 2 bags in the morning and 2 bags at night. So i am up to 4 bags a day. I will keep it like this for now because the tea is very strong and can give you the runs. To everyone wondering if this stuff work, it does. You cant be eating fast food and mcdonalds with it, you have to use your brain and remember its an aid, a boost, a push while your on a diet and exercise plan. I am on jenny craig with it, so i eat 5-6 small meals a day, a lot of water, I drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day, more if I am working out and I have cut out all soda including diet because it bloats your tummy and makes you hungry for salty foods. After just one week on my diet with the tea, everyone was telling me how thin my face got and the difference in my apperance. If anyone needs help remember, eat a well balanced diet, do not cut out carbs, its the stupiest thing ever, you need carbs to burn cardio at the gym and for your brain to function properly, drink lots of water, keep your body hydrated, Your calories for your diet should range between 1200-1500 a day. 1200 if you dont workout heavy and 1500 if you do. starving yourself will not work. Trust me I know. Remember the only person that can help you, is yourself. Buy this tea, its great, its cheap and it really helps with water weight, detoxing, and constipation, as well as helping your belly look flatter. Good luck everyone.
